Tree Hut is expanding its product offerings.
The brand, known best for its body scrubs, is entering the facial care world via a new collection of face scrubs.
Sugar Face Scrubs were created to hydrate, brighten, purify and nourish the skin while also mimicking the glowing results of body counterparts, the company said.
“Tree Hut’s Shea Sugar Body Scrubs, with quality ingredients and unique scents, have been a top-seller for years, but the reinvigorated interest in the product and brand via social media engagement has inspired us to evolve our offerings to include facial care,” Jon Song, president of Naterra International, said. “The incredible support from our fans has been our best resource in developing new innovations for the brand, like the Sugar Face Scrubs, featuring our beloved and classic sugar base that has exfoliated and moisturized skin for so many decades.”
Available in four formulas that have been infused with superfoods, consumers can choose from the brightening pineapple and papaya, hydrating watermelon and cactus water, nourishing banana and oat, and purifying blueberry and turmeric options.
In addition, each facial scrub features a formula containing alpha hydroxy acid, or AHA, to aid in expelling pore buildup, as well and removing dirt and oil through the cleansing process, the company said.
Made without the use of parabens, sulfates, alcohols or formaldehyde donors, Tree Hut’s Sugar Face Scrubs are vegan and cruelty-free and available nationwide at Ulta Beauty stores and at Ulta.com.
