Green Mountain Coffee Roasters said Eight O'Clock Coffee's namesake brand, as well as Tetley tea and Good Earth tea, will available in K-Cup and Vue packs for Keurig single-cup brewing systems.

ST. LOUIS — Former Clorox EVP and CFO Daniel Heinrich has been added to Energizer's board of directors, the company announced.

Heinrich, whose term of office expires at Energizer's 2013 annual meeting of stockholders, brings more than 34 years of experience to the role. He also has been appointed to the nominating and executive compensation committee. With the addition of Heinrich, Energizer's board now consists of 10 directors, nine of whom meet the standards of the New York Stock Exchange for independence.

New Lindor vanilla truffles offer Lindt fans the ultimate chocolate experience, the company said. Each truffle features a smooth melting, vanilla white chocolate center and a decadent white chocolate shell infused with real vanilla. The launch is in line with National Truffles Day, which is celebrated May 2.

Goldfish Grahams cookies and cream joins the s'mores, vanilla cupcake and fudge brownie graham cracker varieties, the company said. The new flavor is available at major supermarkets, grocery stores and mass merchandisers nationwide for a suggested retail price of $2.39.
