  • Elmer's takes glue products to the 'max'

    COLUMBUS, Ohio Elmer's is extending its hardware line with two new "max" versions of its glue products.

    Elmer's new Carpenter's Wood Glue Max and Glue-All Max products enhance the strength and performance of two of Elmer's most well-known brands, the company said.

    Elmer's products are available nationwide.

  • Kill bedbugs on the go with travel-size Pronto Plus spray

    LANGHORNE, Pa. Insight Pharmaceuticals on Thursday introduced a travel-friendly 3-oz. container of its Pronto Plus bedbug spray in time for the busy Thanksgiving holiday travel season. Pronto Plus kills bedbugs and their eggs on contact and is available at Walmart, Wegmans and Bed Bath & Beyond, Insight reported.

  • Krunchers! announces voluntary recall of Jays potato chips

    JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. Krunchers! is recalling 18 cases of Jays potato chips, which were produced in the company's Jeffersonville, Ind., plant.

    The cases, which were distributed throughout the Midwest in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin and Illinois, were recalled because of an undeclared milk allergen. The product can be identified by a code in the upper right corner of the bag reading: JAN16CA542011. Each of the 18 cases of affected product contains 10 12-oz. bags that are priced at $3.99.

    BROOKLYN, Ohio A popular greeting card maker is setting its sights on a new place to call home.

    American Greetings on Friday said it is focusing on seven sites for the location of its 2,000-employee corporate headquarters. The headquarters currently is in Brooklyn, Ohio.

     

  • Jelly Belly takes a dip in chocolate

    FAIRFIELD, Calif. Jelly Belly reportedly is expanding its jelly beans offering with a decadent twist.

    Jelly Belly's Chocolate Dips candies are the company's latest confection, in which its classic jelly beans are covered in dark chocolate. Jelly bean varieties available include raspberry, strawberry, Very Cherry, coconut and orange flavors.

    The chocolate-covered jelly beans will be available in 2.8-oz., single-flavor bags for $2.49 each, and a 4.15-oz. gift box featuring all five flavors for $5.99.
