CoverGirl, Sally Hansen partner with GLAAD on Pride collections

For another consecutive year, GLAAD is joining forces with CoverGirl and Sally Hansen on a collection of products that celebrate Pride.

Both brands are working with the organization to help flip the script and rewrite the narrative for LGBTQ+ acceptance, the companies said.

The Sally Hansen Insta-Dri x Pride limited edition collection features the same colors and the Progress Pride flag but with a sparkly twist and a newly added confetti shade. This year, with every purchase of polish, a portion of proceeds will be donated to GLAAD to aid with their mission.

Shades in the collection include:

• Bold Rush (black);
• Healing Feeling (orange);
• Someone Like Blue (light blue);
• Cherry-ish You (red);
• Pinky Please (pink);
• Petal Dance (green);
• Sunshine Shimmers (yellow);
• Berry Spirited (purple);
• Espresso Yourself (brown);
• Pearl Treasure (white);
• Blue Serenity (blue); and 
• Get GLAAD (confetti)

In addition, CoverGirl’s newly launched Clean Fresh Yummy Gloss will be joining the initiative with limited edition wrapping that will be available at Walgreens, Walmart and Target among others.

The gloss, which comes in a collection of 12 sheer colors that are scented with pink-berry citrus, coconut water, or red pineapple are infused with hyaluronic acid and naturally derived antioxidants.
