E.l.f. Cosmetics debuts limited-edition Electric Mood collection
E.l.f. Cosmetics is rolling out a new limited-edition collection called Electric Mood.
The line, which was born from its annual Beautyscape competition, channels the vibe of three musicians — Tove Lo, Pitizion and Tiana Major9.
In addition, three alumnae from Girls Inc., Nina Ho, Joleena Mundy and Aryana Richardson, played a role in creating the line, the company said.
The collection, inspired by Grammy and Golden Globe nominated Swedish singer Tove Lo — #1 — features a glitter meets rock and roll grit. The collection includes:
- Disco Glitz Brow and Eye Kit, a universal eye and body glitter paste that comes with a dual-ended applicator and brush. It retails for $18;
- Hydrating Balm, a soothing balm infused with jojoba oil and vegan collagen, provides a sheer wash of color and retails for $10;
- Glassy Skin Balm, a translucent balm suitable for all skin tones, produces a glass-skin effect and retails for $8; and
- Electric Mood Brush Set, a limited-edition four-piece brush and sponge set.
In the collection inspired by R&B, soul and hip-hop artist Tiana Major9, titled #2, consumers can expect to find a vibrant color with graphic vibe. Products in this collection include:
- Feeling Lucky Eyeshadow Palette, available in 18 shades of matte, shimmer and metallic finishes that are creamy and highly pigmented. It retails for $16;
- Lip Duo, a high-shine lip gloss and lip pencil duo infused with coconut oil and shea butter. It retails for $12; and
- Illuminating Elixir, a 2-in-1 face concentrate infused with hyaluronic acid and jojoba oil to provide a natural dewy glow. It retails for $14.
Lastly, in the collection inspired by Colombian singer and songwriter Pitizion, beauty enthusiasts can expect a south of the border meets sun-kissed skin vibe. Products found in #3 include:
- Shadow Crayon Duo, a pair of creamy and blendable shadows that are long-wearing and do not smudge or crease. It retails for $12;
- Plumping Sheer Slick, a lightweight, cherry-hued lipstick that features a balmy texture and retails for $7; and
- De La Sol Cream Face Quad, a collection of cream blush, bronzer and highlighter that retails for $12.
Currently, the Electric Mood collection is available at elfcosmetics.com through the Dropshop by Afterpay platform. General access to the collection begins July 1 online and can be found at Target stores and on Target.com.
