General Mills gets spooky with limited-edition Monsters-themed treats
The limited-edition Monsters-themed treats feature such characters as Franken Berry and Boo Berry.
General Mills is prepping for Halloween with a line of limited-edition Monsters-themed treats.
Featuring such characters as Count Chocula and Frankenberry, the company announced that the characters also will appear on select Pillsbury and Yoplait products.

Items consumers can be on the lookout for include:
- Count Chocula Treat Bars Mini: A mini chocolatey cereal bar with marshmallows in four spooky designs;
- Franken Berry and Boo Berry Yoplait: Yoplait Kids strawberry and blueberry yogurt cups in Franken Berry and Boo Berry packaging design ;
- Monsters Mash Halloween Fruit Snack: A berry-flavored snack made with apple juice concentrate;
- Pillsbury Monster Cookies: Each pack of the refrigerated cookie dough includes chocolate and berry flavors in Count Chocula and Franken Berry monster shapes; and
- Monsters Cereals: The four limited-time products include Count Chocula, Franken Berry, Boo Berry and Frute Brute. Inspired by the nostalgia of the boxes from the past, the brand worked with artist Kaws to design them.
