GNC, Ghost roll out ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ collection

Nostalgia for the ‘90s is in full swing and Ghost is taking its throwback to the decade to the next level with a line of distinct products.

The brand is joining forces with Nickelodeon to create a line of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" inspired products that will be available exclusively at GNC.

Featuring flavors inspired by the classic cartoon, the new line is designed to transport consumers to their childhoods and the New York City sewers the heroes called home, the brands said.

“When Ghost hit GNC shelves in 2016, we knew this was the start of a long and fruitful partnership. We’re proud to be the exclusive retailer for this exciting collaboration between Ghost and Nickelodeon,” said Kevin Maloberti, vice president of merchandising at GNC. “Ghost is all about pushing the boundaries of what a supplement brand should be, and this desire to be the first through innovation matches what we’re doing at GNC.”

Featuring four “Ooze” flavors that contain a combination of citrus and tangerine notes, the collection includes:

  • Legend: Inspired by TMNT’s leader Leonardo, this version of Ghost Legend is a prework that aims to deliver energy, as well as enhance performance and focus;
  • Pump: Inspired by Raphael, otherwise known as the fit one, this version of Ghost Pump is a caffeine-free nitric oxide product; and
  • Gamer and Gamer Non-Stim: inspired by Michelangelo and Donatello, the fun one and the thinker, respectively, and offered as a stim and non-stim option, this Ghost Gamer product was formulated by gamers for gamers and contains ingredients that may help enhance gameplay.

In addition to the new products, the ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ drop also includes limited-edition merchandise that features black and green shakers and custom apparel.
