    AMBLER, Pa. Allergy Technologies has developed mattress liners that are designed to kill bed bugs within 72 hours.

    The breathable, thin ActiveGuard mattress liners can be installed onto a mattress or box spring by one person in less than a minute. The liners are comfortable and provide security that no other mattress covering or product can deliver, and they are ideal for college dorms and household use, Allergy Technologies said.

    ALISO VIEJO, Calif. Clinical skin care brand Kinerase, which has a long history of creating high-end skin care products for both the physician and prestige channels, now has developed a new line for the mass market -- Dr. LeWinn by Kinerase.

    Dr. LeWinn by Kinerase, a new hybrid of skin care products for consumers who need a more accessible price point, is comprised of 10 cleansers, moisturizers and daily treatments. The products will be available beginning February 2011 at select Walgreens and Walmart locations, and will retail for between $10 and $35.

  • Basic Fun, Blue Planet Software develop Tetris keychain carabiners

    SOUTHAMPTON, Pa. Tetris keychain carabiners are slated to roll out worldwide next fall.

    The keychain carabiners will be created through Basic Fun’s line of dynamic handheld electronic devices, according to Blue Planet Software, the company that manages the exclusive licensing rights to the Tetris brand.

     

  • Dr. Reddy's to launch generic Prevacid

    HYDERABAD, India Dr. Reddy's disclosed on Tuesday it will market a generic peptic ulcer treatment.

    Dr. Reddy's lansoprazole delayed-release capsules will be available in 15-mg and 30-mg strengths, the drug maker said. The capsules are the generic version of Takeda's Prevacid delayed-release capsules.

    The FDA approved Dr. Reddy’s abbreviated new drug application for the drug on Oct. 15.

    The product is available at mass-market retailers and beauty supply stores in October, and it joins the five Creme of Nature with Argan Oil moisture-enriched shine products that debuted earlier this summer.
