NYX Professional Makeup, Tetris launch limited-edition line

All the fun of Tetris is headed to the beauty aisle.

Yes, that is correct. There’s a new line of cosmetics hitting shelves inspired by the popular ‘80s game via a partnership with none other than NYX Professional Makeup.

Featuring a variety of offerings that span across the eye and lip categories, the NYX Professional Makeup x Tetris collection consists of a palette and two kits.

The Tetris Jumbo Shadow Palette contains 80 shades that have been inspired by the game and range from warm to cool shades. Featuring Artistry Combo color quads that have been highlighted to mimic the original Tetris block shapes, it also includes such color quad sets as Ghost Pierce and Matrix.

On the other hand, the Tetris Epic Liner Kit aims to add a pop to eyes through five highly pigmented shades — pink spirit, cosmic yellow, blue trip, turquoise storm, and pure white — that do not smudge or fade, and are waterproof.

Lastly, the Tetris Lip Kit aims to give pouts an extra boost of color. Consisting of the Butter Lip Gloss and Slim Lip Pencil, it is available in nude shades that are suitable for all makeup looks, and provide a soft and silky finish with medium coverage.

The NYX Professional Makeup x Tetris collection will be available for purchase on April 2 at NYXCosmetics.com, and at Ulta Beauty on April 4.
