Sephora updates Beauty Insider birthday gifts
A new year means new Beauty Insider perks from Sephora.
The beauty retailer recently shared that it would be updating its Beauty Insider birthday gifts for the new year to include new options in the makeup, skin care and hair care categories from Laura Mercier, Tatcha and amika.
Available to all tiers of Beauty Insider members — Insider, VIB and Rogue — the gifts are redeemable during the member’s birthday month both in store and online.
“At Sephora, we always strive to provide special moments for our clients, and our Beauty Insider birthday gifts have become one of the most coveted offerings of our program, as our clients look to celebrate their birthday month,” Emmy Berlind, vice president, general manager of loyalty at Sephora said. “This year’s assortment is especially exciting, as we have some sought-after, exclusive-to-Sephora products, and even more surprises with the choice of four rotating gifts coming throughout the year, and we can’t wait for our clients to enjoy.”

In addition, the 2022 birthday gifts also will be available at Sephora at Kohl’s and online at Kohls.com. Kohl’s shoppers are to have access to the core Beauty Insider gift options, as well as availability to an exclusive Sephora at Kohl’s gift set from NARS.
The 2022 core birthday gift options include:
- Laura Mercier’s Translucent Loose Setting Powder and Caviar Stick Eyeshadow in Strapless, a Sephora exclusive shade;
- Tatcha’s Rice Wash Skin-Softening Cleanser, Dewy Skin Cream Plumping and Hydrating Moisturizer and Liquid Canvas; and
- Amika’s Perk Up Dry Shampoo, Soulfood Nourishing Mask and Flash Instant Shine Mask.
In the exclusive NARS set available at Sephora at Kohl’s and Kohls.com, consumers will receive the Laguna Bronzer and Laguna Lip Balm.

Lastly, Sephora also announced its first online rotating gift, which will be available exclusively at Sephora.com, is Olaplex’s No.3 Hair Perfector and No.8 Bond Moisture Mask.
