Sephora updates Beauty Insider birthday gifts for 2023
A new year means new birthday gifts for Sephora’s Beauty Insider members.
The beauty retailer officially shared the offerings for 2023, which include makeup, skin care, hair care and fragrance products from Dior, Glow Recipe, Ilia and Ouai, as well as an online rotating gift from Farmacy.
In addition, Beauty Insider members also will be given the option to receive 250 Beauty Insider points in lieu of a physical gift, which can be claimed online or in-store.

Sephora’s birthday gifts will be available at its stores and online, as well as Sephora at Kohl’s, which will have its own special fragrance set from Maison Margiela available.
“Our Beauty Insider birthday gifts have always been a long-awaited treat for Sephora’s clients, as they look forward to celebrating a small slice of their birthday months with us,” said Emeline Berlind, vice president, general manager of loyalty at Sephora. “We’re especially excited to unveil this year’s assortment of gift offerings, and provide even more options to choose from. For the first time ever, we will offer a fragrance core gift, available for all Beauty Insider members to redeem online and in store, We strive to ensure that our clients continue to feel energized about our ever-expanding birthday gift offerings!”
In 2023, the core gift options include mini sets from:
- Dior Fragrance: The birthday set includes Miss Dior EDP and Sauvage EDP;
- Glow Recipe: The birthday mini set includes the Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Dew Drops and Watermelon Glow Pore Tight Toner;
- Ilia: The makeup birthday set contains the Limitless Lash Mascara in the shade After Midnight and Multi-Stick in the shade At Last;
- Ouai: The hair care birthday set has the Detox Shampoo, Leave In Travel Conditioner, St. Barts Body Cleanser and Melrose Place EDP;
- Maison Margiela: Available only at Sephora at Kohl’s, it features the Beach Walk, By the Fireplace and Jazz Club fragrances; and
- Farmacy: The online-only rotating birthday set includes the Green Clean Makeup Removing Cleansing Balm, Honey Halo Ultra-Hydrating Ceramide Moisturizer and Honey Potion Plus Ceramide Hydration Mask.
