Ulta Beauty is expanding its leadership division.
Recently, the beauty retailer announced that Anna Manukyan would be taking over the newly created senior director of education and creative.
In this role, Manukyan will be overseeing field education for more than 1,300 salon associates, as well as the creative arm of the organization including the Ulta Beauty Pro artists and educators from partner brands and the internal design team of artists educators and associates.

Other responsibilities of the position include working on Ulta Beauty’s presence and engagement at salon industry events, as well as industry relations, media collaborations and messaging for the salons, the company said.
Manukyan will be reporting directly to Nick Stenson, senior vice president of store and services operations.

Prior to joining Ulta Beauty, Manukyan served as vice president of education for L’Oréal’s professional products division.
