    BOSTON – BV Investment Partners on Thursday announced the sale of ECRM, an integrated services, software and data provider serving consumer product manufacturers and retailers, to Snow Phipps Group.

    Financial terms were not disclosed.

    WALLED LAKE, Mich. -- The maker of one of the world's most recognized cleaning brands has added new brands to its portfolio and intends to expand their distribution across North America.

    Armaly Brands, maker of BRILLO, announced the acquisition of the CAMEO, SNOBOL and PARSONS' brands and assets from Church & Dwight Co., Inc. CAMEO Copper, Brass & Porcelain Cleaner, CAMEO Aluminum & Stainless Steel Cleaner, SNOBOL Toilet Bowl Cleaner, and the original PARSONS' Ammonia are household names that date back to the 1950's.

    SPOKANE, Wash. -- With summer on the way and fears about Zika virus spreading worldwide, a leading insect repellent brand is expanding its product line to include wearables. 

    Sterling International Inc., the company behind RESCUE! insect traps and attractants, has expanded its product line to include spatial insect repellents, including a new wearable repellent device called GoClip.

    HOLLYWOOD, Calif. -- Iconic performer Celine Dion is planning to launch a new lifestyle collection in 2017 that includes beauty and other personal care products.

    The singer announced Thursday that she has partnered with Epic Rights and Feeling Productions (Dion's Canadian-based production company) to launch the line in Fall 2017 over an 18-month period, starting with active wear, accessories, eyewear, beauty, and travel products and introducing new product lines over the following three years.

    The brand has unveiled FreshWorks Produce Saver, a breakthrough food storage container that features patented technology to keep produce fresher up to 80% longer than traditional produce packaging.
