Madison Reed teams up with Paige Bueckers
Madison Reed, the beauty brand specializing in hair color products, announced a collaboration with brand ambassador and star athlete Paige Bueckers. Together, they are introducing UConnic Blonde, a limited-edition shade of Madison Reed ColorWonder Demi-Permanent Hair Color, inspired by Paige’s signature blonde hair color.
The cool beige-blonde with ash tones strikes the perfect balance of elegance and edge, embodying the iconic style that has established Paige as a Gen-Z fashion and beauty icon, the company said. This launch marks the first time a beauty brand has created a signature hair color shade with a woman athlete, demonstrating Madison Reed’s leadership in how beauty brands are shaping the future of women’s sports and the beauty industry, the company touted.

This collaboration builds on Madison Reed’s partnership with UConn Athletics, which was unveiled alongside the Team ColorWonder campaign in August 2024. Paige, along with teammates Azzi Fudd, Ice Brady and Morgan Cheli, serve as the faces of the campaign, celebrating the powerful intersection of athletics, confidence and personal achievement. Driven by Madison Reed’s commitment to empowerment, the partnership has redefined what it means to support women athletes offering more than just endorsement, but real opportunities for entrepreneurial growth. These opportunities include providing Team ColorWonder with equity stake in the Madison Reed business, opportunities to franchise a Madison Reed Hair Color Bar in the future, internships with Madison Reed for class credit at UConn and exposure to Madison Reed's internal and external networks.

As part of Paige’s role as Impact Advisor, and in the spirit of Team ColorWonder’s team-first mentality and giving back to the team that inspired the launch of UConnic Blonde, Madison Reed is proud to make a $10,000 donation to the UConn Women’s Basketball Team.
Additionally, together with Paige, a portion of UConnic Blonde sales will be donated to Good Sports, Inc.—an organization that drives equitable access in youth sports and physical activity by supplying youth organizations in high-need communities with the sports gear necessary to cut overhead costs and help children stay connected to their communities.
