Oxy Acne Care commemorates 50 years with relaunch

Mentholatum, the parent company of Oxy Acne, marked the brand’s 50th anniversary with a relaunch. 

The brand revamp includes modernized packaging designs, the introduction of two new launches—Acne Care Body Wash and Sensitive Pads—and a campaign.  

With the “Oxy for Every Kind of Ne” campaign, the brand looks to reinforce its commitment to tackling all types of acne across the face, chin and body.

Oxy Acne Care’s new contemporary package design was created to resonate with today’s teenagers by containing messaging that ensures it continues to be the go-to brand for the demographic, the company said. 

Through its BPO-based (benzoyl peroxide) acne products, Oxy Acne Care aims to set itself apart from other items in the same category by including skin-fortifying prebiotics in its formula to target and treat acne, as well as help protect the skin’s natural barrier to promote overall skin health, per the brand.
