  • HandStands air freshener company to be acquired by Energizer

    MIAMI -- A leader in the domestic automobile air freshener segment announced that the company has signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by Energizer Holdings, Inc.

    The battery maker is acquiring automotive air-freshener maker HandStands from the private equity firm Trivest Partners for $340 million.
