Dyson unveils wet line styling products and new tools with Bluetooth capabilities
Dyson is continuing to innovate the hair styling space with two new introductions.
First up, the brand is showcasing two wet line styling products—Chitosan Pre-Style Cream and Post-Style Serum.
Powered by Chitosan, a complex macromolecule derived from oyster mushrooms, it is also engineered with Dyson Triodetic technology for a flexible and all-day hold that allows for natural movement and shine, the company said.
Available in four varieties, each formulation is tailored for different hair types and incorporates certain ingredients, including grape seed oil and argan oil, to meet the conditioning needs of various hair textures, the brand shared.

"Our engineers have rigorously tested to find the optimum percentage of chitosan for all-day, flexible hold, while maintaining natural movement," said Kathleen Pierce, president of beauty at Dyson.
The second new launch from the brand is the Dyson Airwrap i.d. Multi-Styler and Dryer. This device integrates Bluetooth technology to give users a more personalized styling experience.
In addition, the device also now includes i.d. curl, a personalized curling sequence that automates the curling process based on each user’s profile data, which includes hair type, length and skill level.
Dyson Airwrap i.d. is available in two options based on hair type—Dyson Airwrap ID Multi-styler for Curly to Coily Hair T3-4 and Dyson Airwrap ID Multi-styler for Straight to Wavy Hair T1-2. There also are three new attachments: the Conical Barrel for tighter, defined curls; the Wave+Curl Diffuser for improved natural curl patterns; and the Blade Concentrator for a smoother finish.

The Dyson Airwrap i.d. will come in several color options, including Ceramic Patina and Topaz, Vinca Blue and Topaz, and the special Strawberry Bronze/Blush Pink edition for the 2024 gifting period.
The Dyson Chitosan formulations range is available online in full-size bottles priced at $59.99 and refills at $54.99. The Dyson Airwrap i.d. multi-styler and dryer will be available Aug. 26 for an SRP of $599.99.
