    LOS ANGELES — Ips All Natural, a natural-food company that offers protein-packed snacks, is debuting 3-oz. bags of its Egg White Ch(ips), available in four flavors. Consumers can choose from Barbeque, Sea Salt and Black Pepper, Aged White Cheddar and Cinnamon.

  • Par Pharmaceutical to distribute authorized generic of Covis's Lanoxin (digoxin) tablets

    WOODCLIFF LAKE, N.J. — Par Pharmaceutical on Thursday announced that it has entered into an exclusive U.S. supply and distribution agreement with Covis Pharma S.a.r.l. to distribute the authorized generic version of Covis's Lanoxin (digoxin) tablets. 

    According to IMS Health data, annual U.S. sales of digoxin tablets are approximately $44 million.

    MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. — Google is testing a smart contact lens that’s built to measure glucose levels in tears using a tiny wireless chip and miniaturized glucose sensor that are embedded between two layers of soft contact lens material, according to a blog outlining the project posted Thursday.
