  • Amneal’s generic Renvela comes to market

    Amneal Pharmaceuticals has launched sevelamer carbonate tablets, 800 mg, in 270-count bottles. This generic from the Bridgewater, N.J.-based company is an AB-rated therapeutic equivalent to Renvela.

    Amneal also launched five other products in addition to sevelamer carbonate:

  • My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream expands to non-dairy, vegan offerings

    My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream will be hitting select retail stores shelves with a new line of non-dairy and vegan products. The Los Angeles-based company's latest launch, My/Mo Mochi Cashew Cream Frozen Dessert items will include the flavors: strawberry, vanilla, chocolate and salted caramel.

    The product is made with a scoop of frozen cashew cream, wrapped in rice dough and clocks in at just 100 calories per ball. Launching these new vegan and non-dairy offerings will allow a new set of consumers to enjoy this snack, the company said.

  • Rice Krispies Treats adds two new permanent flavors

    Kellogg’s Rice Krispies Treats is introducing two new permanent flavors, to the brand’s portfolio. The new additions, Birthday Cake and Cookies ‘n’ Cream were inspired by the most sought-after flavors of homemade treats on social media and will launch in retailers nationwide in January.

  • Special K introduces cereal made with probiotics

    Kellogg’s is expanding its line of Special K products by introducing new, Special K Nourish Berries & Peaches with Probiotics. The cereal features peach-flavored flakes, a blend of blueberries, raspberries, peaches yogurt pieces and 12-g. of whole grains.

  • Kellogg’s gets magical with limited-edition Unicorn cereal

    Kellogg’s has announced a magical new addition to its portfolio — Unicorn Cereal. The product initially launched in the U.K. earlier this year and will now be hitting retail stores nationwide in the spring, specifically in March of 2018 for a limited time only.  

    The new cereal will consist of red, blue and purple loops with white crunchlets. Also included will be a cupcake flavor that varies slightly from the yellow, purple and red U.K. loops, the company said. 

  • House Wine expands Rosé Bubbles availability, adds 2 offerings

    Seattle-based House Wine has announced that its Rosé Bubbles, which comes in a 375-ml can, is now available for purchase nationwide. In addition to expanding the availability of the product, the company also has announced the addition of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir in a 375-ml can to debut by January 2018 in locations throughout the nation.

  • Steripod adds tongue cleaners, new pod colors

    Los Angeles-based Steripod is introducing tongue cleaners for the holiday season, along with expanding the number of colors available for their toothbrush protectors and gift sets for each of their products.

    New Steripod Tongue Cleaners emphasize the importance of maintaining all around good health, the company and Dr. Jamielynn Hanam-Jahr, DDS, of Beverly Hills Aesthetic Dentistry said.

  • Dogfish Head Craft Brewery introduces low calorie option

    Milton Del.,-based Dogfish Head Craft Brewery has introduced the SeaQuench Ale. The product is a 4.9% ABV, and is sour brewed with lime juice, lime peel, black limes and sea salt. Each 12-oz., serving contains only 140 calories and 9 carbohydrates, the company said.
