Bloomberg: Shiseido acquires U.S. beauty brands

Shiseido has entered into an agreement with Alitcor Inc. to acquire its wholly-owned subsidiary, Gurwitch Products. The Gurwitch portfolio includes the ReVive and Laura Mercier beauty brands. (Bloomberg)
