Scotch Porter celebrates men's health during #Movember Movement


EAST ORANGE, N.J. – Indie grooming brand SCOTCH PORTER is raising awareness of men’s health issues by participating in Movember, an annual event involving the growing of facial hair during the month of November to raise awareness and research funding for various cancers.

Specifically, to bring light to men’s health, SCOTCH PORTER is encouraging its consumer base to put down the razor and join the Movember movement by growing facial hair as a call to action. Known for products such as Beard Balm, SCOTCH PORTER will donate 5% of all November sales to the American Cancer Society’s signature fundraiser, Relay for Life.

"According to the American Cancer Society there will be a reported 841,000 new cases of cancer among American men this year. Scotch Porter's sole focus is to help men look and feel their best, and we feel obligated to lend our voice and dollars to a cause that effects so many of our friends, family and customers,” said Calvin Quallis, CEO and founder of SCOTCH PORTER. “This month we will arm over 100,000 of our customers and social followers with information and tips on early prevention and donate a portion of our proceeds to Relay for Life - American Cancer Society to continue research in the fight against cancer."
