At the third annual New General Market Summit, produced by Drug Store News and Mack Elevation, three leaders of CPG companies — Sundial Brands CEO Rich Dennis, Method and Olly Nutrition co-founder Eric Ryan and Seventh Generation CEO John Replogle — addressed attendees about how they reach an ever-changing consumer base.
From listening to what consumers want from a company to understanding how to build a relationship with shoppers and how that starts from the inside of a company with its culture, the three helped attendees how to thrive in the marketplace by connecting with the New General Market Consumer in an authentic way.
“If we all practice purpose and transparency, that is the way to build brand trust, and ultimately I believe trust is the soul of all great brands,” Replogle said.
